Day 1 and 2 of our San Diego Trip.

The first day of our trip we went to mission Beach (I think thats what it was called) Bindi HATED the sand and wanted nothing to do with it. She shot down my dreams of watching my little girl dig in the sand and build a sand castle... heck, the girl freaked if sand got on the towels. Every time we would go to put her down she would pull her feet up to her chest and say,"no I dont like it." So of course we continued doing it so we could get a picture. She loved being on Brandon's shoulders and liked it when he walked out into the water with her. After the beach we headed to our hotel got cleaned up and went to the Cheesecake factory!




Day 2 of our trip was spent at Sea World. It was absolutely ideal weather and was about 80 degrees while we were there. Bindi loved the shows and her favorite exhibit was the Polar Bears and of course anything that had to do with fish. She was in absolute Heaven the entire time we were there and was so excited to see the animals at each exhibit, even the boring, nasty looking eels intrigued her. I loved watching her eyes and seeing her reaction to all of the different animals. Sea World also has a new attraction called Elmo's Bay. Its for younger kids and it is really neat. It has a ride called Elmo's Flying Fish, which Bindi LOVED!

Happy Easter

The Day before Easter I decided to make some Rice Krispy treats. Bindi loved helping and it was really fun to see her get so into it.

Last Easter Bindi was only 11 months so she wasn't really into it. This year she is almost 2 and was really into looking for all the eggs. I love this face! Since bindi has an odd fascination with fish (no clue where she got that) we got her these really cool fish and sea life things and put them inside the eggs. She thought it was the coolest thing ever. It was cute to watch how excited she got. Happy Easter!!! Can you believe this little girl will be 2 in just a few weeks?!

Chalk+Dogs=Mess

Bindi was playing outside this morning and I took the opportunity to order our Sea world tickets online. Well in those 5 minutes Bindi got a hold of some chalk and colored all over the dogs. I saw her doing it so I quickly grabbed my camera. Penny didn't get it too bad but, unfortunately for Charlotte she got the worst of it. Penny's makeover. At first I thought this was as bad as it would get. But once again I was wrong to assume this... as you can see.

Things I will never do again, and things I will definitely do again!

I will never again in a million years do this....
It was EVERYWHERE!


However, I will do this again. Not as messy and twice as fun!
I made Bindi green pancakes for St. Patrick's Day, and she really liked them. I will definitely do this again. Could she get any cuter? I think not!
And for Valentine's Day Brandon and I got the chance to go see the Blue Men. We had AMAZING seats and it is something we would definitely do again.

Happy Valentine's Day

We had a great Valentine's Day this year. The morning started off with me sleeping in until 8, which is always wonderful. Then we went to church where Brandon and I teach the sunbeams, this week we had 11! Yes, you read that right 11! Then once we got home I put Bindi down for her nap and Brandon made lunch, which was really good, and a plus that i didn't have to cook it. Does anyone else think that the food is better when they don't have to make it? Then we watched a few Lost (Just started the 1st season and we are liking it so far.) Anyway here are some pics.
